USA
Pro US was established in 2007 in recognition of the significance of the US (re)insurance market.
We have established a presence in the United States to provide professional services to the US market. We service clients throughout the United States from offices in New York City, Stamford and associate networks.
Our key client offerings
- Portfolio Management. We have significant resources in the US with experience in international legacy issues, offering cost effective solutions in managing solvent or liquidated run-off portfolios and specific projects.
- Debt Purchase. Delivering immediate benefit to you by providing certainty of outcome through cash offers for reinsurance receivables with little, if any, financial costs. Allows you, as the seller, to focus on core business while Pro takes on the risk of recovery of the receivables.
- Reinsurance Collections. Our collection specialists cover all geographical areas, while focusing on recovery from US, London and other international reinsurers, brokers, US insolvencies and UK schemes. The team reviews reinsurance security and the adequacy of bad debt provisions.
- Audit and Inspections. Our team of (re)insurance practitioners assist in the review of all aspects of the business including underwriting, claims, reinsurance, accounting and reporting. We work with global clients to investigate and inspect the records of their counterparties for a variety of reasons from supporting a client in litigation or arbitration to reconciling accounts and records.
