Barbara has worked in the London Market since the mid 1980s and has experience in a wide variety of disciplines including claims management, claims adjusting, audits and inspections, management reporting, compliance and commutations.

Prior to joining Pro, Barbara worked for ACE Group companies and held the position of Claims Manager for Cigna Services UK, which involved managing claims for a number of international group portfolios, including active involvement in litigation and arbitration processes.

Barbara has claims handling experience covering a variety of non-life business classes on a global basis including excess of loss treaty, direct and facultative accounts. She has specialised in Property, Casualty (including Motor Liability, Professional Indemnity, Medical Malpractice, Lawyers E&O, D&O) and Aviation, including WTC.

Barbara manages the Pro claims team who service a multiple client base including involvement with litigation and arbitration matters. She also assists senior management in the transition and incorporation of acquired portfolios.
