Carol has significant experience in both run-off administration and in live underwriting support.  Since joining Pro in 2001, Carol has fulfilled various management roles and currently is responsible for supporting Pro’s underwriting support services, including policy administration, data manipulation, message processing and management reporting. She is currently the client manager to Faraday.

Carol has over 25 years’ experience in the (re)insurance industry, working for risk carriers and management service companies.  Working for English & American Insurance she was responsible for all technical aspects of 2 large underwriting “turn key” accounts from risk capture, through technical processing to reinsurance recoveries and management reporting. Carol has also worked as the reinsurance manager for a run-off service provider.      

Carol is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.  She is secretary of the Cheltenham & Gloucester Insurance Institute, Council Member of the National Representative Council and advisor/mentor for Pro’s CII students.
