Leigh has extensive experience in the (re)insurance industry, working predominantly within the run-off environment for the last 20 years. Leigh has specific expertise in managing commutation strategies and executing commutations. He also specialises in conducting (re)insurance inspections having carried out in excess of 50 distinct on-site projects during his career.

Having first worked on commutations in the mid 1980s with the ARMCO Group companies, Leigh spent a number of years working for an actuarial consultant and a specialist inspection of records consultant. He also worked as a commutation manager for Swiss Re before joining Pro in 2000.

Leigh was involved in the start up of Pro's US operations and has been located in New York since 2006. He is responsible for portfolios of several clients in the US including claims management, commutation and management and execution of audit programs.
