Marvin's experience centers on insurance regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters including eCommerce issues, insurance insolvency, reinsurance and insurance coverage disputes, licensing of companies and agents, surplus-lines regulation, captive insurers, and service contracts.
Specializing in insurance and reinsurance matters, Marvin previously worked for PwC and as an attorney with international law firm Chadbourne & Parke, LLP. Marvin joined Tawa in 2001 and curently serves as General Counsel for Tawa and its subsidiaries. In 2010 he took the position of Head of the Group's US Operations.
Marvin is a Member of the State Bar of California and received a J.D. cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1991.
