Richard works with clients to deliver a best-in-class outsourcing solution to the live and legacy markets. With 25 years' experience working in the (re)insurance industry, Richard has been with Pro since its formation in 1993 and has led client management teams for the last 15 years.
Richard specialises in all aspects of insurance operational management, particularly with respect to complex pool arrangements. He played a leading role in the development and successful implementation of the WFUM Pools schemes.
Richard is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
