Tim has spent more than 25 years in the insurance industry working for brokers and underwriters, in live and run-off environments.

He joined Alexander Howden in the mid 1980s and managed the merger of operations with Aon, as Executive Director of IT in the late 1990s. Since leaving Aon in 1999, Tim has assisted many organisations in the London Market, particularly on the process & operational aspects of major implementations, mergers & acquisitions, and outsourcing.

Since joining the Tawa group in 2005, Tim has played a leading role in the implementation and design of STRIPE®, a web-based platform that enables insurers and cedants to deal with their (re)insurers directly. In addition, his specialist knowledge of London market broking operations and procedures has been used to develop Pro’s solutions to assist brokers in areas such as legacy processing and support for start up operations.
