Wendy has over 25 years' experience in the (re)insurance industry undertaking a variety of roles from claims broking, run-off management, technical auditing, project management, business process reviews, change management projects and Schemes of Arrangement.

Wendy has developed specialist expertise, during her employment with PwC and Pro, in the area of managing Schemes of Arrangement.  She has been responsible for facilitating the implementation of Schemes of Arrangement for a number of worldwide clients, involving negotiation with lawyers to finalise the legal documentation and representation of the Scheme Companies' interests in Court.

As an experienced project manager, overseeing large multi disciplined teams; Wendy has the capabilities to interact with external clients, regulatory and legal bodies as well as internal staff of all levels to deliver projects in a professional and timely manner.

Wendy is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
