Chris Reichow joins PRO IS, Inc
Chris brings considerable expertise in insurance and reinsurance issues. At PRO, his responsibilities will include business development and client delivery.
Chris has been managing complex insurance and reinsurance claims and coverage issues for over fourteen years. Prior to joining PRO Insurance Solutions, Chris was a Director of an insurance consulting firm involved in assessing and resolving complex liability issues such as environmental, asbestos and other latent longterm claims and conducting insurance due diligence related to corporate acquisitions.
Chris previously worked for eight years as U.S. Legal Counsel for KWELM Management Services. While at KMS, Chris was responsible for U.S. matters in relation to the Claims and Reinsurance Departments. His role involved handling the resolution of claims related to asbestos, environmental, medical malpractice, products liability, specialty lines and toxic tort as well as Letter of Credit recoveries and reinsurance commutations. Prior to KMS, he worked in private practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey where he defended insurance carriers in insurance coverage litigation involving asbestos, construction defect and products liability. Chris received his JD from Widener University School of Law and his MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
