Leigh Fanner

Since beginning his reinsurance career in 1981, Leigh has worked predominantly with companies in the run-off environment joining PRO from Swiss Re internal run-off in 2000. Leigh was involved in the start up of PRO IS, Inc and has been located in the US since 2006.

Responsibilities

Leigh is based in PRO's New York office and is involved in the management of several client portfolios with responsibility for claims management, commutations and the execution of audit programs.

Specialist Expertise

Vast experience in executing commutations and in conducting reinsurance inspections. Leigh first worked on commutations in the mid 1980's with the ARMCO Group companies British National, North Atlantic and Bellefonte, who were widely accredited for pioneering the concept of accelerated portfolio closure through commutation.
